AbilityOne Program
The AbilityOne Program is foundational to SEKRI’s mission. Through this federal initiative, we ensure that at least 75% of direct labor is performed by individuals with significant disabilities. AbilityOne provides:
- Access to federal procurement opportunities
- A framework for inclusive employment
- Oversight that ensures mission alignment and program integrity
- SEKRI has participated in AbilityOne (formerly JWOD) since 1984.

SourceAmerica
SourceAmerica connects SEKRI with federal and commercial contracting opportunities while providing support for workforce development, product innovation, and process improvement. As an authorized Manufacturing & Development (M&D) producer, SEKRI collaborates with SourceAmerica to:

Lockheed Martin Partnership
SEKRI supports Lockheed Martin through a long-standing vendor‑managed inventory (VMI) program. Highlights include:
- Two-hour fulfillment capability during peak operations
- Procurement and storage of specialized materials
- Distribution support for aerospace manufacturing
- Recipient of Lockheed Martin’s Platinum Vendor Supplier Rating and Small Business Award

Operation Warm
For many years, SEKRI has manufactured high-quality children’s winter coats for Operation Warm, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting at‑risk youth. Our work includes:
- Technical sewing and construction of durable outerwear
- High‑volume production schedules
- Quality inspection and packaging
This mission-aligned partnership allows SEKRI to uplift communities while supporting meaningful employment.
BANDI Wear
SEKRI partners with BANDI Wear to manufacture their innovative, U.S.-made specialty belts. This includes:
- Dedicated sewing lines
- Precision cutting and finishing
- Quality control and packaging
This collaboration demonstrates SEKRI’s ability to support commercial brands with consistent, scalable production.
Galls
Galls, a leading supplier of public safety equipment and apparel, partners with SEKRI for U.S.-based manufacturing of selected textile components. SEKRI provides:
- Sewing and assembly
- Technical textile handling
- Production of gear accessories and uniform elements
